Responsibilities:
•Provide tier 1 and 2 end to end customer support to customers.
•On-site visits to customer sites to support installation and troubleshoting activities.
•Work with world wide customer support team to timely resolution complex technical problems.
Requirements:
•B.S in Computer Engineering / Electronic Engineering / Computer Science
•Experience with Technical Customer Support helpful
•Practical Experience in the communication fields, IP Networking Digital Video and MPEG transport an advantage
•Basic familiarity with Windows & Linux is important
•Familiarity with Web applications and Perl/Shell scripting a plus
•Excellent interpersonal communications and teamwork
•Ability to interface and communicate in a professional manner with team members and customers Worldwide
