you have at least two choices:
1) persuade your boss not asking for the training bond, try to convincing him/her that you love this job and believe there will be enough challenges to keep you from boring in the next five years, growth potential in the company blabla...
2) sign it knowing that it is not a valid one and can be challenged late. what's more, if you really need to leave that company in, say three years time, ask your next employer to foot the bill as a signing bonus. you are a very capable woman, three years will add you enough value to get someone to pay the bill.
