Position: Cylindrical Cell Expert
Responsibilities:
1、Lead process engineering team to develop robust cylindrical lithium ion battery mass production process
2、Lead process engineering team for the generation of innovative ideas and plans to build high quality and low cost lithium ion batteries for the automotive industry.
3、Work with product engineering to improve product design integrating high performance, low cost and high manufacturability.
Requirements:
1、Advanced Degree in electro-chemistry or chemical power source
2、+8years working experiences in lithium ion battery industry as R&D, product design or process development
3、Experience in above with a record of publications in international journals
4、Demonstrated technical and professional skills in lithium ion battery design and design for manufacturing
5、project management skills
