Supervisor, Finance - Responsibilities
Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers (country business operations) and the finance controllership (corporate and regional) in order to manage execution of transactions that meet SLA’s.
Assure the timely resolution of issues, and communicate status accordingly.
Act as liaison between the Dalian-ba<x>sed BPO team and the internal customers.
Develop and track metrics of BPO team.
Ensure assigned BPO team provides management with a status of required work for specified service areas and countries, on a regular basis.
Create and develop training and education to inform the business and the BPO provider of updated policies and procedures related to service areas and countries supported.
Participate in EOQ planning, execution and post-mortem issue resolution processes.
Seek and initiate special projects, continuous improvement opportunities and miscellaneous duties as required.
