Responsibility
1.To take bottom line responsibility of a logical group of projects that forms a well defined portfolio;
2.Work towards defining delivery strategy and goals for all the projects;
3.Monitor, review and provide risk management for all projects in the portfolio;
4.Create proposals for all new opportunities with the portfolio;
5.Supervise and manage all ODC operations with the objective of ensuring the highest levels of service offerings to customer within the guidelines, policies and norms of company Technologies
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum experience: 12 years of experience with at least 4 years of Project Management experience.
Knowledge: Be excellent at People Management, Personality traits, Project Management, Software Engineering and Technology
Skill Set: Strong Technical skills, Client Interfacing skills, coaching and Mentoring skills, People Management skills, Ability to handle ambiguity, Ability to synthesize data and trends from multiple sources.
