Position 1: Flex Senior Software Engineer
Location : Shanghai
Requirements
Priority Skills: Adobe Flex, Adobe AIR, ActionScript, JSP, javascript, HTML, CSS.
Optional skills: Cairngorn framework for Adobe Flex.
Typically has 2-4 years of related technical work experience.
Experience in rapid/iterative development techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and driven to produce high quality work.
Working experience in a team environment and the ability to multi-task producing quality deliverables.
Ability to read and write English. Prefer verbal English skill.
Good team player, prior outsourcing project experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, developing, testing and deploying Adobe Flex applications.
Responsible for the overall project success besides quality, cost and schedule but also the relationship.
Analyze any products problems to provide strong engineering support.
New project coordinate with cross functions both local and central.
Position 2: Tibco Senior Software Engineer
Location : Shanghai
Requirements
Priority Skills: Tibco
Have hands on experience in more than one of the TIBCO tool:iProcess, Active Matrix/ Business Works, CIM, Application and technology Adapter.
Have worked at least on one of the messaging layers – JMS or RV.
Have experience in configuring the relevant TIBCO tools for the Performance needs including fault tolerance and load balanced implementations.
Typically has 2-4 years of related technical work experience.
Experience in rapid/iterative development techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and driven to produce high quality work.
Working experience in a team environment and the ability to multi-task producing quality deliverables.
Ability to read and write English. Prefer verbal English skill.

Position 3: Hyperion Technical Lead
Location : Shanghai or Dalian
Requirements
Bachelor degree in computer science or related discipline.
Around 5-8 years Hyperion experience and 2 years project management experience.
Over 5 years Hyperion experience. Essbase, Planning and Reports experience highly preferred.
Offshore development experience.
Good English.
Good communication skills and teamwork.
Positive, enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated.
Good team-work spirit.
Responsibilities
Lead a team with around 10 developers for design, development, delivery and maintenance of Hyperion projects.
Do estimations and make schedule for programs assigned to his team and maintain high quality and on time deliverables for all projects.
Monitor and control his team's development schedule.
Provide technical guidance and assistance to other software engineers and review his team members' programs.
Develop complex programs by himself when necessary.
Assist PM to deliver projects on time, within planned budget and required quality level.
Prepare staffing plan & allotment of resources.
Improve customer relations by way of effective communication, managing expectation and meeting commitments.
Keep abreast of technical & organizational developments in own professional field.
