• Company Profile
The Company has five core businesses in promising high-growth markets. It is a major retailer of premium automobiles including Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and Smart in Northeast Asia. In heavy machinery, it distributes a wide range of Caterpillar products. The Company is a successful property developer and investor in Beijing and Shanghai, while its trading activities focus on wood- based products, watch components and fertilizers. The Group also has a range of interests in finance and investment services.
• Principal Responsibilities
• Set up and execute a competitive while reasonable C&B structure and other related policies for the company.
• In charge of monthly payroll including base salary, commission, cash awards, overtime compensation, social insurance, housing fund and etc.
• To handle annual C&B survey, annual salary review and annual incentive targets evaluations and payment.
• Collect and maintain C&B information like market practice and government regulations to ensure the company is legally and give professional suggestion on C&B.
• Support on preparing workforce statistics for business divisions and government.
• Act as the interface towards 3rd party labor agencies and insurance company based on operational needs.
• Take care of employee enquires on C&B related issues.
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by manager.
• Requirements
• Basics:
• Above Bachelor Degree, major in HR or business management would be preferred.
• Familiar with formulating HR policies, with focus on the C&B discipline.
• Solid analytical ability, with financial analysis skills is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive initiatives to closure; strong results-orientation mindset; able to manage multiple priorities and lead change and superior project/process management skills.
• Team spirit and independent work.
• Proficiency of English both spoken and written.
• Good command of computer software applications. (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc).
• Experience (type of):
• Minimum 5-year solid C&B experience and at least two-year managerial experience in Compensation & Benefit functions with multi-national companies in China.
