Sr. Software Architect, IP & Broadband
Drive a common SW architecture for a product port folio ranging from 5G to 320G capacity
Specify Common Sub Systems that fit's the different target products using different HW
Drive common SW development tools, processes and design rules
Analyze impacts of in house design versus 3PP SW usage for specific sub-systems
Work with product management specifying roadmaps and dependencies for the common SW
Define clear requirements to System Design and SW design for the common features and
platform
Represent CBC/XBX in DUIB SW S&T networks when applicable
Software Framework Designer
Strong experience from SW System design on embedded communication systems
Key contributor to a datacom SW platform development is a strong plus
Expertise in Linux Kernerl development (process mgmt, equipment mgmt. etc) is a strong plus
Solid knowledge in L2 protocols (802.1ag, 802.1ad, etc.) is a plus
Experience in MDD (Model-driven development) is a plus
PDU CC Senior Software Design Engineer
A strong background in system-level programming, multi-threading, IPC, and networking.
-Strong problem solving and software development/troubleshooting skill.
-Hands on experience on switch/router embedded system software development.
-Hands on experience with IP routing (any routing protocols like OSPF, ISIS, BGP).
-Strong RTOS embedded experience (VxWorks, PSOS, Linux OS), Linux is the mandatory
knowledge.
-Experience in design and development of networking software features at platform dependent
layer, dealing with specialized ASICs, network processors for high-performance packet
forwarding systems, developing drivers and other platform dependent code
Senior System Engineer
Minimum 5 years experience in Telecom networking areas; e.g. Carrier Ethernet, Broadband
Access or IP Routing with proven industry experience.
· At least one major contribution in a HW or SW project preferable within
communication systems in an international company or major Chinese company. (i.e. Chassis
based system with High speed backplanes and redundant line cards)
· Detailed architectural knowledge of telecom systems
· Desired experience on FPGA's, purpose built ASIC's (i.e. Ethernet Switching ASIC,
xDSL chipsets) and communication/network processor
· Experience on Real Time Linux OS based SW architectures
PDU CC Device Driver and BSP SW Design Engineer
Deep understanding about RTOS kernel (Vxworks,pSos,Linux), embedded Linux experience is a
good plus; the knowledge in digital HW is an advantage
- Solid understanding of file system/processes/multi-threading/device driver
- Strong knowledge on CPU architecture (MPC, PPC, MIPS, ARM etc), especial on RISC
architecture
- 2 years or above BSP/Driver SW development experience, like I2C, MAC, Flash, PCI,
PBI,CF card
- 2 years or above experience in network processor control, like Broadlight PON
Chip, Broardcom/Marvell Switch Chip, Maxim CES Chip, Audiocodes DSP Chip, Infineon DSP Chip
- Good understanding of networking technologies at layer1/Layer2 (e.g., Ethernet
switching, bridging, VLAN, WiFi, HDLC, PPP, SDH, PDH)
PDU CC Software Design Engineer
L2/L3 protocol SW development experience in IP and broadband product area
- RTOS embedded experience (VxWorks, PSOS, Linux OS)
- Experienced in telecommunication protocols, any of following protocols: TCP/IP
stack, SIP, TR069/TR098/TR104, PPP,H.248, 802.1d/1p/1q
- Good understanding of networking technologies at layer-2/Layer-3 (e.g., Ethernet
switching, bridging, VLAN, IP routing and forwarding)
R&D RF Design Engineer
· Excellent knowledge of different radio design areas mastering at least one of the
areas analogue design, RF- design, PA-design and frequency generation design;
· Experience of technical work within wireless communication systems and radio
design;
