Regional Manager German
Primary Responsibilities：
1.Building market share for our products in the German market
2.Managing P&L and assuring it is on track with plan
3.Interacting with and leveraging our Group China operations to create sales
4.To plan and set the strategic direction of the country under his/her responsibilities with the purpose of identifying, assessing and defining opportunities for business growth and its competitive position according to global strategy
5.Guarantee that all business operations comply with policies, norms and procedures defined by the German market and our company (Guiding Principles, Safety and Environmental, Risk Exposure, Financial Reporting, Human Resources Policies, etc).
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s Degree Required at Minimum, MBA ideal MAJOR: Business
2.Preferred experience with Group operations and business
3.Fluent English & German
4.Strong Communication skills, negotiation skills and ability to influence
5. Strategic planning ability and results oriented
6. Capacity to identify and analyze general trends in the market/context (political, microeconomics, technological trends) and anticipate impacts/opportunities for company.
