Key Responsibilities
1.Manage functional and systems test solutions, Generate testability analysis, test solution evaluation, requirements analysis, test cases design, test plan definition and test report.
2.Make sure test tasks can be completed in time, with good quality and low cost
3.Qualify the test tool, review the test quality and manage the process.
4.Research domestic and international newest test technology, supply improvement proposal on test strategy, test technology, test tools, test methodology etc.
5.Build the team, coach junior staff to deliver a good team work.
Technical requirements:
1.Bachelor or above, major in computer is preferred.
2.At least 3+ years relevant working experience.
3.Extensive knowledge and experience of Performance, loading and regression test, UAT test, tools of Loadrunner, jmeter etc
4.Demonstrated ability to solve problems, desire for quality with attention to detail
5.Project planning skills
6.Excellent interpersonal skills, communications skills in English (written, oral)
