An international company which produces operating table, surgical lights as well as ceiling support units.

Reporting to:
+ General Manager Medical (China)
+ Director Quality Managing China Group (China)
+ Vice President Medical Quality Managing Worldwide (Germany)
Travelling:
Occasionally
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Take the responsibility of a management representative of the company, maintain ISO 9001 & ISO13485 Quality Managing (QM) system in operation
+ Maintain the Headquarter documents under the support of China Group Quality Manager
+ Organize internal audits and receiving 3rd party auditing, suppliers auditing, regular quality (or co-ordination) meeting
+ Organize regular training on laws and regulations related to medical devices involved and supervise the implementation of relevant laws and regulation in the company
+ Quality risk management and management review on behalf of General Manager
+ Key figure collection and analysis, make constructive proposal for quality continuous improvement and quality control process optimization
+ Supervise the editing of work instruction & Release them after confirmation
+ Co-ordinate with QM department at Shanghai representative office, implement company quality control policy and methodologies
+ Be responsible for customer complaint management at Taicang plant
Requirements:
+ University Degree majoring in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering,etc.
+ Education on medical device or related field is a plus
+ At least 10 years of professional working experience, and 3 years in medical device related field
+ Familiar with local medical device laws, regulations and SFDA approvals
+ Rich experiences and knowledge on medical devices quality control, solid and hands-on experience with quality systems, control and assurance
+ Familiar with ISO 9001 / ISO13485 QM system, received training course on internal auditor for such a QM system
+ Familiar with commonly used quality control tools 5S, 6Σ, 8D, SPC, FMEA, Synchro
+ Specialist on risk management, strong work spirit and willing to work in a team
+ Good coordination, communication, organizing, planning, leadership and coaching skills
+ Meticulous and pays attention to details, punctual and precise, a strong self-initiator
+ Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English, fluent German speaking ability is a plus
+ Willing to live and work in Taicang
