Software Engineer(C/C++, Streaming Media)
Qualifications
1. Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent major
2. 4+ years experience using C/C++
3. Streaming Media development experience is a must
4. Knowledge of WMV/ASF format is a strong plus
5. Knowledge of RTP/RTCP/RTSP is a strong plus
6. Familiar with various Audio/Video codec, such as H.263, H.264, G.7xx series

Windows Device Driver Development Engineer
Qualifications:
Design/Develop/Support proprietary audio/video captures drivers and other necessary software components for the high definition video conferencing device in the Windows environment.
Involve in all phases of development and support from requirement, design, coding, unit testing, benchmarking and support
Work closely with the ASIC/FPGA, Hardware, Firmware, Algorithm, and DVT teams on resolving issues during unit and integrated testing
Ensure that the drivers are Microsoft WHQL compliance.
Minimum BSEE/CS with 3 years of relevant development experience.
Good communication skills and good team player
Proficiency in written English
Senior Hardware Development Engineer
Qualifications:
High speed logic and FPGA design
High speed digital board design
Design experience with complex CPU's and ASIC's
Design experience with high quality analog circuit;
Very high technical competence, and proven track record for high quality and on time product delivery
Successful history of leading engineering projects through all stages of design and development from concept through manufacturing
Excellent written and oral communication skills (Mandarin and English)
Experience in leading product development and broad technical teams
Strong leadership and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment
Ability to stay in sync with key customer requirements and deliver products to meet the requirements, making appropriate trade-offs
MSEE/CS degree with minimum 5 years hardware/FPGA design experience
Quality Assurance Engineer
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science/Telecommunication or equivalent
2+ years QA experience in data networking industry /telecom industry, VOIP
Solid knowledge of networking TCP/IP, project / academic research experience on protocols such as http, H323, SIP, etc
Good working knowledge of common operation system (e.g. Windows, Mac OS X, Linux)
Detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem solving capabilities
Familiar with software testing process, good at test case writing and result reporting
Familiar with bug tracking systems and understand bug life cycle
Video conference industry experience is a plus
Java, Flex coding experience is a plus
Test Automation Tools development experience is a plus
Excellent English skills, both in written and oral
Test Automation Engineer (One year Temp)
Qualifications:
3 -4 years experience in software development
Knowledge of software and appliance testing, including QA process and QA methodologies
Understanding and experience of automation framework
Ability to write test automation tools for IP embedded devices
Good working knowledge of common scripting languages such as Python, Perl, TCL or Unix Shell or advanced language as Java, C++
Good working knowledge of common operation system (e.g. Windows, Linux, Solaris )
Experience in using automation tools like QTP, Winrunner and others
Preferably familiar with video signaling protocols like SIP, H323 or streaming media technology
Strong understanding of performance, regression, integration, interoperability, system level and stress/load test execution
Ability to anticipate problems and issues, and then recommend solutions to the problems
Good English reading and speaking skills
