Responsibility:
Oversees the operation job arrangement and give measurement
Conduct analysis of operation problem statistics and make improvement plan
Be proactively developing delivery strategy
Solve problems and difficulties in delivery projects
Ensure the standard operating guidelines and procedures as laid down by management
Handle escalated customer complaints
Develop people , future leaders
Manage productivity and resource issues
Take lead in client visit, give operation presentation to client.
Leverage IBM global resources and develop business
Requirement:
10+ years working experiences in IT operation area
Required Bachelor's Degree
