工作职责：
研究和分析市场农作物、谷物饲料，尤其是植物油的市场发展。监测和分析植物油的供需现状，开发植物油需求建模。
与来宝农产品研究分析团队一起，研究、分析中国油料作物，谷物，畜牧业和饲料等商品市场。
监测植物油市场，收集和分析植物油的生产，消费，进口的相关数据，进行整体的供需形势分析。
跟进的大豆，豆油和棕榈油等进口产品。
业绩考核标准：
完善的商品市场分析及精准度预测。
及时更新油籽和植物油资产负债表。
分析作物，畜牧业和饲料市场
职位要求：
硕士及以上学历。农业、农业经济学、 统计学、 应用经济学等相关专业。同时具备农业相关专业背景及经济学相关背景优先考虑。
流利的英语听说读写能力。（要和国外研究中心及时沟通，撰写英文分析报告）

Job Description - Research Trainee, Grains Research China
Directly Reports to:
Grain Research Director, China
Matrix Reporting Line:
Vegetable Oil, Crop or Livestock Manager, Grain and Oilseeds Research, Geneva
Reportees:
None
Job Purpose: (Summarize the primary purpose of the position - a brief but specific statement of why the position exists).
Develop vegetable oil, crop or livestock analysis in China, especially for vegetable oil market.
Monitor and analyze vegoil supply & demand situation, develop vegoil demand modeling.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with the oilseeds, crop, livestock & feed analysts of the team, try to be familiar with the commodities market in China.
2. Monitor vegetable oil market, collect and analyze the data related to vegoil production, imports, consumption, carry over and the overall supply & demand situation.
3. To follow up soybean, soybean oil and palm oil imports lineups. Steadily be responsible for updating vegetable balance sheet.
Key Result Areas: (Key Performance Indicators)
1. Sound commodity market analysis, forecasting accuracy.
2. Contribution to oilseeds and vegoil balance sheets updating.
3. Contribution to crop, livestock & feed analysis.
Education, experience, skills:
Education and Qualifications
Master or equivalent experience majors in Agricultural Economics, Economy, Econometrics, Agronomy, Business and Administration
Languages
Fluent in English and Chinese/Mandarin, any additional beneficial
Experience
Experience in data analysis and modeling
Experience in Asia including but not limited to cultural understanding
Skills
Strong statistical skills.
Microsoft office (Advanced Excel skills)
