Job Description:
Responsible for leading the regional R&D’s efforts in silicone release technology.
Works with vendors to develop state-of-the-art silicone release product and characterization capabilities.
Leverages fundamental understanding of polymer science and technology to develop superior Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) products.
Qualifications:
M.S/Ph. D. in chemistry, polymer physics, chemical engineer or equivalent.
Extensive product knowledge and hands-on experience in polymer material with focus on silicone release or related material and their application in pressure sensitive adhesives.
A team player with excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.
Prefer individuals with a minimum of 2 years of industrial experience in PSA development or in chemical product development.
