1. Sales Account Manager, Global Accounts
Unit: Global Services
Reports to: Sales Director, China
Location: Beijing, China (海归论坛 www.haiguinet.com)
Aim:
·To meet all targets as outlined in the annual Sales Plan, by promoting Company's products and services in order to protect and grow revenue and acquire new business sales within existing accounts.
·To ensure all customers are totally satisfied with every aspect of their relationship with Company's, by maintaining regular contact with customers and leading in the resolution of customer and account management issues. (海归论坛 www.haiguinet.com)
Responsibilities:
·Achieve annual sales order targets for nominated accounts.
·Ensure Account Development Plans are created and implemented for each account, including the development of Global and Regional Account Management Plans. This includes designing and following a regular call plan and accurately disseminating customer requirements.
·To be responsible for total customer satisfaction with Company's within the nominated accounts by modeling customer service behaviour across the region. To ensure that market intelligence is collected and disseminated and effectively communicated to Marketing and Product teams.
·To be seen as the personal interface at all levels with the Customer, especially at Senior Management/Board level.
·Establish a favourable climate with the Customer so that Company is regarded by the Customer as the “Communications Company Of Choice”
·To have a clear understanding of the Customer's business and the associated strategies, plans, competitive position and trading methods in order to create a partnering concept with Company to build solutions.
·Keep the customer up to date on Company's products and services and to ensure the customer appreciates and understands Company's medium and long term strategy.
·Ensure that all Company's products and services that are sold to the customer are provided, installed and maintained in a quality way and to the satisfaction of the customer.
·Identify new business opportunities outside of nominated accounts, through a sustained program of following up on referrals, sales leads, and cold calling.
·Maintain effective working relationships with all business units in order to provide sound commercial and technical solutions in a timely manner.

Requirements:
·Minimum of 4 years experience in any of: sales, sales engineering, consulting or customer service in the ICT industry
·Understanding of sales cycle, processes etc
·Broad technical understanding of ICT products and environments- e.g. Voice and data communications in both general and complex environments
·Knowledge of competitors, ICT environment, strategic partners for solutions, industry and business trends

2) Contract Manager (Project Manager / Program Manager)
Unit: Global Services – Business Management
Reports to: Head of Contract Management
Location: Shanghai, China (海归论坛 www.haiguinet.com)
Aim:
·To provide “World Class” Company's Global Solutions Services to Customers.
·To develop close and effective relationships with all Company's clients in China.
·To deliver Company's Global Services customer Solutions Contracts to agreed levels of service and cost.
·To monitor and manage the successful delivery of key financial objectives and targets associated with Company's global and local Solutions Contracts.
·To protect and grow profitable revenue associated with Company's global Solutions Contracts.
·To work with and support the local Business Development Manager in pursuit of new business deals and opportunities.
·To champion the customer(s) in the provision and maintenance of Company's and third party services. (海归论坛 www.haiguinet.com)
Responsibilities:
·Responsibility for all deliverables, customer satisfaction and profitability of Solutions Contract(s) in China.
·To develop regular financial reports that detail Solutions Contracts growth and achievements against defined targets.
·To verify Finance department data against local data and report, within pre-determined timescales, to the Head of Business Management based in Hong Kong.
·To act as the “single point of contact” in China for the customer, and to liaise with business units around the region as required.
·To provide a strong, proactive lead on all aspects of the Solutions Contracts giving the customer the comfort feeling that they are being led not that they are having to lead and steer Company.
·To manage Solutions Contracts, customer's requirements, orders, queries and problems either directly or by referral to an Account Team, appropriate Company's Department, or Third Party to ensure customer satisfaction.
·To monitor, on a continuous basis, performance against Solutions Contracts and to take timely and effective action to ensure agreed performance levels are maintained.
·To present to agreed time scales, reports to the customer on service levels achieved by Company and other third party companies where applicable.
·To develop and maintain a Solutions Contracts Lifetime Business Plan aimed at:
- delivering the contract within budget in terms of cost, revenue and margin.
- developing the Solutions Contracts to grow the value and scope.
- identifying and implementing productivity and efficiency improvements.
·To manage all operations within the ISO9001 framework, and Company's Global Services Quality Management System.
·To achieve the agreed Solutions Contracts margin in China and surrounding geographies by the effective monitoring of costs and taking appropriate action to maintain and improve margins by developing the Solutions Contracts and looking for efficiency wherever possible.
·To provide operational inputs on new bids as required.
·To conduct business in a way that enhances Company's reputation globally and in the region.

3. Technical Designer
Unit: Global Services
Reports to: Team Leader, Technical Design, North East Asia

Aim:
To provide technical support to assist in winning new customers and maintaining and growing existing revenue (海归论坛 www.haiguinet.com)
Responsibilities:
·Be the Technical Design Authority for bids
·Support the proposition team and sales account managers to achieve annual billed revenue and SOV targets as per the sales compensation plan
·Provide Pre Sales consultancy/technical support in Managed Network Services and other areas of specialism
·For specific opportunities, develop a technical solution which delivers customer requirements that can be implemented by the implementation team
·Capture customer's technical requirements by attending customer and prospect meetings
·Provide technical hand-over to project management and customer service
·Be involved in funded project delivery in a consultancy capacity
·Maintain effective working relationships with all business units of Company's Global Services in order to provide sound commercial and technical solutions to the customer

Requirements:
·Broad understanding of the solutions business with 3-5 years’ experience in the ICT industry in an IT&T solutions role
·Cisco CCNP or at least CCNA with security knowledge
·Specific experience in the proposition being managed or a related area is essential
·Proven experience in designing and implementing complex ICT solutions for customers
·Knowledge of competitors, ICT environment, strategic partners for solutions, industry and business trends in order to be able to build solutions is an advantage
·Demonstrated expertise in complex data network design, implementation and support
·Ability to interact with all levels of staff in Client, Supplier/Distributor and Company's internal environment across geography and culture
·Willingness to travel and work extended hours as necessary

4. Pre Sales Specialist
Unit: Sales & Account Management
Reports to: Head of Pre-Sales, Asia Pacific

Aim:
The role holder works in conjunction with Sales and other parts of the company to pursue and win innovative, technologically advanced major Solutions & Propositions. The focus will be on creating and winning Outsourcing, IP, CRM, Managed Security and Mobility deals, to achieve financial targets for Order Value, Revenue and also Customer Satisfaction. Responsibilities:
·To research, develop and pursue a detailed sector development plan to explore business opportunities in direct consultation with the customers
·To shape and develop specific business opportunities, closing deals, negotiating contract terms and pricing.
·To meet individual financial targets for signing significant new business as agreed with their regional line manager.
·To establish and maintain close working relationships with the account team who act as the direct channel to market
·To obtain all relevant inputs, preparing a risk register, shaping the proposition such that it meets both Company is articulated as closely as possible in the clients’ language and terminology. Requirements:

·Highly skilled and experienced negotiator able to quickly build effective relationships, with senior, key influential external decision makers.

·Knowledge and experience of strategic business management, tax, scenario analysis & financial modelling, would be an advantage
·Good understanding of budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financing and capital structure, funds management and due diligence processes is advantageous
