S/D Manager(C2)

Individual must be a fun loving person that likes supply planning, studying customers behavior of APJ (Asia Pacific/Japan) markets/demand, constants communication of the latest issues with regional Marketing leaders, Product Marketing managers&sales team and committed to work as a team to meet deadline given.
This is a key developmental role within the APJ Marketing team. The candidate who demonstrates the ability to learn our portfolio and best practices around demand/supply knowledge will have a great deal of opportunity within the team. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to commit as a team in order to hit this objective.
Requires working closely with Manufacturing Business Planning and Procurement team for information of constraints and supply status/issues.
•； Involve in risk assessment management in term of APJ transition planning.
•； Publish the latest information of demand/supply report to sales team.
•； Publish APJ lead time reports to sales team.
•； Engage with Product Marketing Managers on products roadmap and guidance.
•； Engage with sales Marketing leaders for demand/market information.
•； Participate in WorldWide (WW) Demand/Supply weekly conference call or monthly WW Demand/Supply marketing call.
•； Focus on minimizes backlog across APJ regions.
•； Being an owner of regional interlock process and package.
•； Involve in a large deal process.
•； Be a product core team membership.
•； Engage in inventory balancing and allocation.
•； Participate in End of Life process management.
•； Has an attitude of continuous process improvement in every situation.
•； Possess excellent leadership skill.
•； Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years significant experience in above related field.
•； Strong conceptual and creative skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Chinese competency is also desirable.
•； Excellent organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.
•； Must be a leader in tactical execution and have a good eye for detail.
•； Proven presentation skills.
