WORK RELATIONSHIP: The OLGC will work with members of the APAC Outsourcing Team, Greater China Operating Group Client Teams, Market Makers, CDC, Greater China BPO, CTS and L&C in the development, sale and delivery Outsourcing engagements.

Additionally, the OLGC will work in close liaison with The Greater China BPO Lead and the CDC Lead in Dalian.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The OLGC will be responsible for the providing leadership in the development of:
· Greater China Outsourcing Business,
· Outsourcing Capability within Greater China.
o Outsourcing Sales skills
o Solution Architecting
o Service Transition
o Asset and Tool Implementation

Provide Outsourcing Subject Matter expertise and contribute to:
· Deal Business Principles development,
· Commercial advice and guidance in the Solution Planning phase,
· Deal Price Determination,
· Development of Negotiation Strategies, and
· Deal Negotiations with the Client and Client Representatives.

EXPERIENCE : The OLGC must have:
· At least 10 years experience in the Outsourcing industry at an Executive level,
· Demonstrate a track record of successful Deal Sales & Negotiations,
· Demonstrate a strong understanding of both Applications Outsourcing and Business Process Outsourcing,
· Have relationships with Outsourcing Advisory groups, such as TPI, Gartner and Everest,
· Have a fundamental understanding of GAAP Accounting principles,
· Have the ability to work in large multi faceted Deal teams.

QUALIFICATION: Qualified candidates should possess:
· University Degree in related discipline (Computer Science, Commerce or Law);
· At least 5 years or above in senior management position;
· Fluency in English and Chinese both writing and oral language.
