Responsibility of the job :
Responsible for the Finance dept work except for the Division’s work and the treasury. The detail descriptions are as follows :
1. Ensure timely submission of Trial Balances and completion of account analyses
2. Responsible for the annual and month end closing of accounting books
3. preparation of statutory financial statement and management report
4. implement internal controls procedures and drive process improvements
5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of changes in Chinese accounting and tax regulations and ensure compliance of all local statutory and tax reporting requirements
6. maintain close working relationship with the HQs internal audit team
7. management of relevant work of branches
8. maintenance of the chart of accounts in ERP system for local and headquarters.
Requirement for experience and education background :
1. University degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA (or equivalent) will be preferred
2. At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience, including 3 years of IT experience in a multinational environment
3. Working knowledge with PRC tax, IAS, USGAAP, SOX and VAT rules and regulations would be an advantage
4. High level of enthusiasm, self-motivation and the capability to operate in a dynamic and complex environment.
5. Experience with Oracle would be desirable
6. Excellent communication skills with complete fluency in English and Mandarin
