1. Service Manager:
Job Summary:
The Service Manager is responsible for drafting the Work Orders, and for defining and committing against the Service Levels defined within the Work Orders. The Service Manager is also responsible for delivering Service Performance Reports, communicating the Service Performance Reports to the customers, and proactively identifying the issues impacting Services
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree, , ideally Master Degree, majored in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering or other related area.
• 7+ years IT or consulting working experience
• Strong service management experience is important (includes creation of SLA, managing and reporting against SLA, or managing third-party vendors against SLA)
• Strong understanding and proven leadership in IT project delivery, including Application Development and Application Maintenance required.
• Strong issue management and client management skill set are required.
• Exposure to client and projects in a multi-cultural environment, within Asia-Pacific and abroad is an advantage
• Experience in Insurance industry is an advantage
• Good oral/written English and client management skills are mandatory.
2. Project Manager (Japanese and English speaking)
Project management skills required
Total working experience 7 years, Relevant IT Project management experience 3-5 years
Language requirement: English, Chinese and Japanese (spoken and understanding)
Will need to travel to Japan
BS degree
has experiences in insurance industry
3. ETL team leader position
ETL/data stage, Oracle, Business objects
