Screen OS software developer（4 人）
Minimum requirement include:
－MSEE/MSCS or BSEE/BSCS with 3+ years experiences in network equipment development.
－Have solid knowledge and experiences in 2 or more of the following areas:
－Embedded system development,
－Real time OS kernel development,
－Ethernet/TCP/IP packet steering,
－Network device driver implementation,
－Network protocol programming.
－Network Appliance management, including WEB UI, SNMP, Logging, CLI development.
－Have very good communication and documentation skills.
－Good command in English speaking and writing.
－Being proficient in C programming is a must.
－Experience in network security appliance is a big plus.
(1 – 2 years experience with a master degree can be considered to a junior position)
Below are two more specific JD for ScreenOS SW Engineer:
Software Engineer: WebUI Developer ( 2 人)
Key Responsibilities:
Design, define, implement and maintain WebUI components of our industry-leading security platforms
Develop detailed functional specification and software system architecture.
Drive requirements, as well as performance issues associated with large traffic volumes
Qualifications:
B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering/M.S. preferred
3+ years experience with C and embedded systems
Strong experience in HTML, JavaScript, and UI development
Basic network knowledge: HTTP, TCP/IP
Experience with high performance network applications a plus
Mission critical product support experience a plus
Firewall/vpn knowledge and XML, Perl a plus
Software Engineer: Networking (L2, L3) ( 各1 人)
Key Responsibilityies:
Contributes to the research, design, implementation and sustaining of software networking functionalities for firewall/VPN products
Addressing issues relating to the TCP/IP Stack, Routing Protocols and other advanced features.
Enhance and Support existing products to address immediate customer needs and challenges on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications:
B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering/M.S. preferred
3+ years experience with C and embedded systems
Strong design and architecture skills and experience with large, complex software solutions
Experience in developing advanced IP Routing Infrastructure and/or IPv4/v6 Routing Protocols like RIP, OSPF, RIPng, BGP PIM, Multicast, IGMP etc and/or Layer 2 Protocols like STP etc
Direct experience implementing products in one or more of the following areas is necessary: VxWorks, Linux, Device drivers, IP routing, L2/L3 forwarding, QOS, and TCP optimization
The candidate should have excellent C/C++ programming skills in developing networking application, networking modules and protocols
Good problem solving skills and effective communication skills are a must
Experience with security products is a plus
