Through our strong partnership with our customer in US and Europe who are all international leading brands, we have gained respect and expertise in high fidelity sound reproduction technology, development and manufacturing products for home and professional use, which have lead to many 5 star awards in magazines and shows which are well known in the Hi-Fi world. We are expanding our operation an open position for a Development Manager who can help lead us a step further.
Job Information:
Job title: Development Manager
Job Responsibility:
Our New Development Manager will be responsible for leading and guiding our development team of 35 engineers as well as help us to implement new technology. This is a high profile position, which will demand a good understanding of all development processes from project definition, system planning, schedule, and customer and customer discussion to implementation in production.
Job Requirements:
Our preferred candidate will match following key words or have similar experience:
- You have a Master or a Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineer,
- You have minimum 5 Years working experience
- You are preferable to have experience in audio/video development , with good understanding of hardware and software systems, with deep knowledge about analogue and digital audio processing, more preferable to have switch mode power supply ，digital amplification experience.
- Your current position is probably as a Senior Technical Engineer, Deputy Manager or Manager
- You are able to gain respect and capable of discussing technical issues with Engineers and Customer, for both software and hardware
- You have a strong sense of quality and responsibility and will go the whole way to finish projects on time.
- You are proactive, self motivated, flexible and committed.
- You have good communication skills, both in Chinese and English.
- You will report directly to General Manager
