job description
· Leading application development with Java/J2EE platform.
· Work with other senior consultants in determining project scope, deliverables, time and fee estimates
· Analysis the business requirement.
· Design, develop and maintain solution applications
· Identify and implement appropriate 3rd party software/frameworks including open source.
· Work also includes enhance, document, test, and support software systems
Education Requirements
B.S or M.S or above Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
Experience Requirements
Above 7 years of Java / J2EE experience, and at least 3 years solution architecture experience.
PM/PL Experience with full lifecycle is needed. The position focuses on requirement analysis, system design, implementation and testing.

Skill and Knowledge Requirements
• JAVA/J2EE: JSP/Servlet, EJB, JNDI, JDBC, JMS, JAAS
• Familiar with OO analysis and UML design, use related tools, such as together, rational rose
• J2EE Design Pattern, apply the patterns into design/develop
• Framework: Spring, Struts, Hibernate, IBatis
• Third Party Library: Quartz, Acegi, jBPM, etc
• XML Skills: XML Schemas, XSDs, XSL, XPath, writing DOM / SAX parsers, JDOM.
• Database: make suitable DB Schema for MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Ingres.
• SOA & EAI & WebService: SOAP, UDDI, RosettaNet, etc
• Portal, any of: Portlet development, JSR-168, page flows, WebLogic Portal, WebSphere Portal, Liferay, Jetspeed2.
• IDE: Eclipse, Maven, Subversion, CVS, etc
• OS, any of : UNIX, Linux, Solaris, etc
• Application Servers, any of: WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss. Having experience installing and deploying new applications to the environment.
• Strong English Communication (oral and written).
• Understanding of SCM domain is a plus.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks
• Participates in client communications to understand client’s business requirement and apply experience
• Design infrastructure and application architectures
• Assist with resolution of design issues/questions
• Mentor development teams in the use of patterns and practices
