Job Responsibility
Communicating with User / Business Analyst from Insurance company to define ne or problem areas
Utilizing knowledge of the life insurance to analyze requirements and identifying optimal technical solution
Completing the COBOL development and testing with CMMi requirements
Production support of Life Insurance Administration System, and providing assistance in analyzing and solving technical problems
Skills and Experience
Fluent speaking Japanese
In-depth knowledge of life insurance, especial UL
Good COBOL programming skill and experience with JCL or REX, DB2, HTML, JAVASCRIPT
Experiences in INGENIUM or CAPSIL will be great advantages.
(5 years above working experience, and technical leadership capability)
工作职责：
1.与客户方的用户及BA沟通以寻其需求及问题所在
2.利用掌握的人寿保险知训，分析需求，找寻最佳的技术解决方案
3.Cobol语言开发，按CMMi的需求进行测试
4.人寿保险管理系统产品支持， 提供分析， 解决技术问题。
要求：
1. 5年以上工作经验,
2. 日语流利，日语一级优先
3.对Life Insurance有深入理解，尤其是UL
4.优秀的Cobol编程技能，精通JCL, Rex, DB2, HTML, Javascript
5.有Ingenium 或 Capsil的相关经验优先。
