? 4、Works unsupervised on the most complex testing and provides technical leadership for experienced analysts.
? 5、Provides technical leadership for multiple teams of experienced analysts.
? 6、Performs the most complex testing and debugging tasks according to QA process: Plans, schedules and implements testing projects;>
? 7、Designs and develops quality testing procedures;
? 8、Updates and modifies existing tests as necessary;
? 9、Defines test objectives and writes test cases and test plans;
? 10、Performs the most complex functional, application, regression and performance tests.
? 11、Plans and implements automated testing.
? 12、Assists product developers and technical product support specialists in solution of the most complex installation problems.
? 13、Provides comprehensive test coverage and test metrics for product releases.
? 14、Researches and develops an understanding of the marketing requirements for the produce, including how the product is actually used and what its performance requirements are.
? 15、Expertise demonstrated at level of technical paper acceptance in technical symposiums and invited external speaker.
> Experience Requirements?
1、5 -10+ years, Deepest understanding of product.
? 2、Able to train other analysts in procedures.
? 3、Understands entire development process.
? 4、Familiar with relevant business issues as they impact overall project plans.
