Position:VP Manufacturing
主要工作内容及职责 Main Responsibilities
1. Establish production standards and objectives based on the operation plan of the company
2. Assess and develop production models to achieve high-quality, low-cost products
3. Reach production output and meet objectives in long-term objectives in order to ensure customers’ satisfaction
4. Scheme and integrate manufacturing-related operations
5. Meet performance assessment index of the factory through workflow design and development of information system.
6. Integrate manufacturing resources, and achieve the best interests by organizing training and leadership management.
7. Identify and assess manufacturing strategy combing with company’s overall strategy.
8. Accomplish assignments which hand over by COO and CEO. Maintain smoth communication and cooperation with other different departments in the company.
9. Manage the whole manufacturing depart in east campus including selection and employment, training and development of new hires, budget management , people motivation, objective planning and achievement status review of the department and etc.
任职资格条件及技能要求 Position Requirements
1. Bachelor degree and above.
2. More than 15 years’ experience in manufacturing technology and management in PV or semiconductor industry.
3. Very strong planning and implementation capability.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Fluent in English. Good command of listening, speaking, written and spoken English.
