某美资软件公司，欲在成都（中国区研发中心）招聘BI LEAD
Job Functions
Collaborate with both offshore and onsite team members to implement BI requirements for the Company’s client
Analyze BI requirements, and then be able to use MicroStrategy BI Platform to design and implement the solution
Customize and enhance existing work in MicroStrategy such as reports, dashboards and analysis models
Apply BI knowledge to other BI projects, which may not be built on MicroStrategy
Requirements:
Minimum of 4-year experience with a variety of DMBS, and in designing and developing data models and databa<x>se schemas for OLTP systems
Experience with MicroStrategy Platform (current version  or Informatica.
BI products such as Business ob<x>ject and Cognos is a plus
Exposure to ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) tools,
Experienced in using databa<x>se tools: ErWin, Oracle Designer, or similar data modeling applications
Familiar with building a decision support system, such as data warehousing, data mining, predictive analysis and modeling
Excellent English communication skills: written and verbal.
