时机已过去了, 社会矛盾会进一步激化.
Henry Liu has the following to say
"China earns dollar income from its export sector but has yuan expenses in its domestic market. China is in essence shipping wealth to the US in exchange for a currency it cannot use at home. China has accumulated $1 trillion in foreign reserves, equivalent to its annual GDP, yet it does not have enough yuan-denominated money to alleviate widespread poverty, or to fund its social security obligation, or to pay for environmental restoration. A falling dollar will make China poorer because its income from trade is in dollars and its expenses at home are in yuan."
