It can not play all the MP3 music as regular Mp3 player.
I am not sure you had the same version as mine. I had something every similar to yours. I got it from Costco.
Basically. It has a USB outlet. You can plug any U drive on it. and it will play the Mp3 file and WMA file on the U Drive. But I uploaded 1000 songs. It can recognize only about 1/3 of them. Some of the song is played at a wacho tune. I don't know why.
