Job Description
* Training Lead on Service Center tool and processes and tool support.
* Developing training collateral. Release training to operations. Customer training. Double hat for other deployment support roles e.g. process etc.
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer science or related.
* Excellent verbal and written English.
* Good communication skills.
* More than 5 years of working experience.
* ITIL certified.
* Good knowledge of OpenView Service Center tool.
