职位描述；
•负责大型项目的从项目估计，需求分析，基本设计，详细设计，编码到测试的全过程的管理和协调；
- Responsible for managing full-lifecycle activities in large project, including project estimation, requirement analysis, design, coding, and testing
职位要求；
Job Requirements:
• 在日本工作3年以上，日语流利，且有较强的写作能力；
• 8年以上软件开发经验，其中3年以上项目管理经验；
• 很强的团队工作能力和沟通技巧。
• 对以下至少一种技能具备丰富的开发经验：
• J2EE；
• .NET；
• C/C++；
• Oracle/SQL-Server；
•具有电信，制造等行业知识和经验的优先；
-Over 3 years working experience in Japan,
-Fluent Japanese communication skill and excellent Japanese skill in written is required
-At least 8 years experience in software developement,thereinto,must have minimum 3 years experience of managing projects.
-Leastways have abundant development experiences in one of the following skills
•J2EE；
•.NET；
•C/C++；
•Oracle/SQL-Server.
-Business knowledge or experiences in Industry like Telecom,Manufacture is a plus
