Could you tell me why you target Wal-mart? What do you mean "we developed a special shredder FOR Wal-mart?" In the States, each state has different ruling about recycling engine oil plastic bottle and some other solid wastes. In some states, residents can dump it as daily household waste, but in many other states residents have to dump at the selected stations or recycle centers.
I also have very good resources in waste management and recycling, you may want to target this group of clients too.
