Responsibilities and main tasks
Responsible for supply chain strategy development and supply chain optimization;
Actively involve in R&D process and take an engineer role;
Responsible for supplier selection;
Manage component quality improvement processes;
Ensure most efficient product manufacture cost.
Qualification
Bachelor degree or above of first level University with engineering background;
Comprehensive knowledge in plastic and machinery;
Well organized thinking and proactive personal personality
Strong leadership and communication skill
Fluent in English speaking and excellent in English writing
Must be able to travel 30% of the time
At least 10 years sourcing or supply experience (2+ years management experience is preferred).
