later is 1.0, 20yr later is 2. The other side is relatively flat. in fact, US is not the higest cancer rate country, some EU countries are. Use your sample, they are around 1.4 to 1.5. Anyway, 2 >1 or 1.6 and we do not consider acceleration effect yet.
The average age of cancer patients age at China is 7.2 yr younger than US. I have to admit 40, 60 is off. How about 43, 50, feel better now. 7yr is a lot, for me.
