Position: Formation specialist
Responsibilities:
1、Develop innovative formation process for lithium ion battery with short lead time, equal cell performance and effective HSD gate to meet automotive industry requirements
2、Interface with US and China design plus process teams in conjunction with supplier to develop robust formation machine
Requirements:
1、Advanced Degree in electro-chemistry or chemical power source
2、+5years working experiences in lithium ion battery industry in formation process
3、Technical and professional skills in lithium ion battery-related area required
4、Electro-chemistry research skills
5、Fluent English language skills to be able to interface with US colleagues and international customer ba<x>se.
