The more I have experienced in the world, the more I start to appreciate the principle taught in Politics and Strategy.
As a typical oversea Chinese immigrant from mainland China, we are quite strong in math and related analysis. In my particular case, also quite strong in liberal arts (chinese history and literature). All these end no bad but no super good either in terms of surviving the US life and maybe the global competition.
PhD means doctor of philosophy, no physics. A little too late to understand this but hopefully can teach to my sons.
