You are right in a sense that most analysts are tools.
Mary Meeker is more of a tool though.
Many on the streets are wondering why Spitzer did not
go after Meeker. Some point out that the fact of being
a female rescued her(vs. Grubman) even though she
probably did as much harm to oridinary bagholders.
If you look at their history, at least Grubman once
did do some analysis as most analysts did; while Meeker
has always been what she is today.
