in OTCBB quoted companies. They are one step higher than penny stocks on the pink sheets. Don't get confused with OTCBB and Nasdaq. They are two completely different entities. OTCBB is only a quoting medium providing prices and a forum to paid broker/dealer/market maker to trade issuers' stocks, mostly very small and new and sometimes highly risky companies. Quite a few people in China are mislead to believe OTCBB is a part of Nasdaq. Many a Chinese company has had IPO and been traded on OTCBB and advertized as publically traded company in the USA to attract less informed individuals in China. Watch your hard earned money!
