Banks never mail you the monthly statements. None of the banks has a decent online banking system. The BOC web site is like something done by a junior high school student who just started web programming. (Yet BOC employees have seem to have very good income -- my team once had a sports game with some of them and a lot of their young employees drive good cars.)
