If you are not married to a British Citizen.
You must have held Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) for one year, and
You have not spent more than 450 days outside the UK in the most recent five years, and
Inclusive of the 450 days, you have not spent more than 90 days outside of the UK in the most recent year.
