I am using Lingo.com
which can give unlimited call to china for only 38 dollar per month. But how to let my Chinese party to call me is a big problem all the time. After I saw the posting yesterday, I registered right away. It said the account will be activated 24 hour later. But 3 hour later, I got the first call from China. It is crystal clear. Very good quality.
So far it is great. I will report more after a while.
