Our Client is a unique global sourcing firm that manages Asian sourcing for US based companies in a wide range of consumer product categories including houseware, sporting goods, hardware and office supplies, as well as commercial product categories such as building supplies, packaging, plastic and metal components.
Location: Guangzhou
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer account management, as a business partner with the customer he / she has to deal with and ensure the quality service on product development projects, effective communications with buyers and vendors, product review, providing accurate quotes and best price, sourcing right merchandise and new factories, and proactive recommendations. Traveling required.
Requirements:
- Degree holder, min. 5 years merchandising and sourcing experience with the cut & sew items.
· Good product knowledge of cut & sew items, e.g. CD bags, pets accessories.
· Experience in major buying offices / agents and familiar with US market trend and standards required.
· Mature, well organized, result-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure.
· Team player and problem solver with excellent skills on communication, negotiation, coaching and supervision.
· Be proficient in English (CET6) and with good communication skills & hands on experience in word, excel and e-mail.
Successful candidate should be proficient in English (CET6) and Putonghua with good communication skills & hands on experience in word, excel and e-mai.
