MS is more focused on Engineering and Modeling. It is far more systemetic and deeper study on Logistics. After graduation, you will probably get a job as a Logistics Engineer.
MBA is more focused on genearl management. With a logsitics concentration, you will take two or three logistics-related classes. It is likely to work as an anslyst after gradution.
