Suggest you prepare 2 versions of CV, one for IT marketing/sales etc and one for media(PR, Ad).
Send CV to your target companies at once, not wait 2006. As long as you get interview chances, you are already winner. Interview success counts on first impression, emotional chemistry not rational judgement.

Also 2 versions of interview Q&A. Recite your answers when similar questions raised, focus on unexpected questions.

Interview is a game, treat as game. Learn the art of war in war.
