Design manager or Principal Analog Design Engineer ( Working Place: Beijing/Shanghai )
Job Description:
-Lead a talented team of engineers developing state-of-the-art power management ICs.
-Play a central role in the entire product development process, being involved in product definition, circuit implementation, layout, and debug, as well as playing an advisory role in test development and characterization
Requirements:
- A strong analog and mixed-signal electronics background, solid understanding of DC-DC and LDO topologies and architectures,
- Experience in DC/DC switching regulators, battery charger, LDO.
- Experience in supervising and mentoring a team of engineers, and a drive to develop a successful team.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills are required, as is a proven track record of ability to lead and motivate others while releasing successful products on time.
- MSEE, PHD preferred. 5+ years of analog/mixed-signal and power management design experience
