second hand apt. I have to check into that personal tax rate imposed recently by the government there. Anyway, they keep changing regulations/policies and it is hard for me to keep up with. I just got the keys for the third apt. They tried to sell me the parking space. The price for one car space is 100k rmb. I have refused. I may need to ride a bike again.
