life is inspiration for any arts
you do not feel it, you got nothing to show for it
this is why it comes from life but bigger than life
you look at the same old stuff day in and day out every day, it would be a great photo work if you take a very unique angle and get a totally different perspective others passed by and saw only never thought about it that way
what would this be: a total different way of observation. it is taken from life but not the same.
now we move to visual arts. by the same token, techniques may be nice to have, but it is the originality counts.
finally we are onto the novels. needless to day people need to follow certain common rules or lose the entire reader group
but it is only the common writers who follow the same rules. i self regarded pretty high as now it appears and i really hate to reveal this part of me. but i have been a rebel all my life never have much for any authorities in any field. those who know me in life sure never argue with me about these things as they would not waste their time on me: they know if they quoted who and who said this and that i typically would say what would that have anything to do with anything?just because someone else said any thing does not mean i would have to agree....
so you see, i am pretty much helpless in that regards
in conclusion, i cannot care less about other wirters works or the rules they follow, while i respect them as fellow human beings. being the daredevil that i am, i always walk my own path towards the direction i chartered for myself
so i do appreciate you effort to share, but i am more interested how to make my own rules rather than study others' rules. as they always say: rules are made to be broken...right?
