and on your unique position being able to "fire" your boss. Follow the money, naturally. But you want to move on as amicably as possible not to "burn your bridge."
Do you mind if I am 120 percent frank? I would not take that $10k bonus and then leave. I would tell the boss upfront that I will be handing you the two-week notice for another job. If you think I deserve the bonus I will take it as a farewell gift. If you don't think so, no big deal. IMHO only.
