In February 2006, Capital Hill Gold (which changed its name to Amerimine Resources, Inc.) gave up its dreams of gold, and entered into a reverse-merger with American Unity Investments, Inc., a Nevada corporation. Amerimine now plans to enter the forestry business in the Peoples Republic of China.
