Client:
A German electronic manufacturing services provider.
Salary:
Competitive(depending on experience)

As soon as possible
Location:
Taicang, Jiangsu, China
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Monitor, set up and maintain SMT machines
+ Understand all machine maintenance, and perform Technician level maintenance in a timely manner
+ Take lead role in creating SMT programs for New Product Introductions
+ Ensure that all tooling is properly maintained and repaired, and ready to use on the lines as required (included SMT Feeders)
Requirements:
+ High school or above
+ Technical vocations preferred with an interest in Electronics industry
+ More than 2 years of related working experience in SMT (surface mount technology)
+ Experience with Siemens Pick-and-Place machines
+ Knowledge on cycle time reduction
+ Ability to monitor, set up and maintain SMT machines
+ Strong work spirit and ethic committed and willing to learn
+ Good coordination and communication as well as organizing and planning skills
+ Meticulous / pays attention to detail
+ A strong self-initiator as well as punctual and precise
+ Willing to live and work in Taicang
+ Willing to work in rotational shifts
+ Mother Tongue is Mandarin and English is a plus
